   • Payroll disbursements
   • Payroll deposits

On A quarterly basis, the following statements are provided:

   • Payroll Reports (941, NYS-45 and IA5)
   • Sales Tax Reports

On an annual basis, the following are provided:

  • The end of year W2's, 1099 and 940 Report
   • The end of year business tax return

The firm also provides Audit Services, Incorp[orations and prepares applications for 501(c)3 exemption status.
