COMPANY PROFILE

E.G. Edwards & Associates was established as a sole proprietorship in 1982 by Eva Duzant.  Recently, Ms. Duzant formed a partnership with Karrine Montague to form E. G. Edwards & Montague, CPA.

Eva Duzant graduated from St. John's University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 1982 and with a Masters in Mathematics in 1985.  Ms. Duzant worked in the banking institutions as an auditor for over 25 years and is currently a Mathematics teacher for the NYC Board of Education.  Ms. Duzant is the mother of one child and two grandchildren.

Karrine Montague graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelors degree in Accounting in 1999.  Ms. Montague is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.  Ms. Montague has worked in one of the big 4 Public Accoutning firms as an auditor as well as other prestigious private investment banks on Wall Street.
