E.G. Edwards & Associates was established as a sole proprietorship in 1982 by Eva Duzant. 

Eva Duzant graduated from St. John's University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 1982 and with a Masters in Mathematics in 1985.  Ms. Duzant worked in the banking institutions as an auditor for over 25 years and is a retired Mathematics teacher for the NYC Board of Education.  Ms. Duzant is the mother of one child and two grandchildren.

E. G. Edwards & Associates is a Certified Public Accounting and Consulting Firm.
